The River affair is over

River has been completed. It actually turned out to be a very easy and quick knit. And, I'm very proud to announce that I can knit lace. *round of applause*. Thank you all for your kind words of advice and help along the way.

As you know Hubby is taking me to Venice at the end of the month. One of the most romantic places in the World. That's my hubby alright! I'll be taking River with me for a photoshoot, so I'm sorry to say that you'll have to wait another couple of weeks for photos.

As from Monday, I will be a working mum. I've had one week whilst the Bubela has been in school until 3pm and boy, have I been lost. What do you do with you day? Monday, I roamed between the lounge and the fridge all day. Tuesday, I thought no way, not again. So I went out for coffee!! Wednesday I decided to keep well away from anything to do with food so I took myself off to the library only to find that it was closed all day on a Wednesday. At least I had somewhere to go on Thursday. Today, Friday, coffee morning again!
