A few sips of kosher wine for a Pesach quickie

Last night we had the sedar at my parents. We wanted to start early because of the kids. No worries about that, we had the Ma Nish Ta Na, a few sips of wine and the whole shabbang piled on a matz0. It was over before you could count to three.

Even though I was totally suffed after a lovely meal cooked by the best mum in the world, I had to try my baking. My stick in the throat cake (Plavah) just didn't stick in the throat. I was amazed, well, not totally as I do consider myself a bit of a Balebuste. I was pleased to see that the Boobalah's cooking went down a treat.

We spent all day baking and making Mama's Mutzo Cookies...
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups of matzo meal
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup ground almonds
Cream butter and sugar, add all other ingredients and mix well.
Roll out thin on a board sprinkled with matzo meal.
Cut and bake in a 375 oven for 12 mins.
We cut out speciality areoplanes and ducks, just because the Boobalah wanted to.
